Everyone has a life story worth telling (sharing).
Fear can bring us to a halt.
Self-doubt can be our worst enemy.
Putting ourselves out there for everyone to see can leave us vulnerable.
But the truth is, no matter how small or big your story is, it will help someone out there.
I am convinced that we should live our life at our own pace, without any comparison. Well, unless it is to ourselves and with the sole purpose to improve.
When we realize that it is not a race against anyone else but ourselves, we take control of our lives with our actions. Our attitude toward any situation will determine the outcome.
Hi, I’m Edel!
A stay-at-home mom turned writer, originally from Honduras and now living in Middle Tennessee. I stay at home to take care of my kids as I love being there for them and being such a big part of their growth and development.
When I started this page, I knew nothing about WordPress, SEO, or graphic design. Since then, I’ve found a community that welcomed me and supported my vision. Reading these lines makes you part of this community. And for that, I’m eternally grateful!
Likewise, I feel it is essential to give back. My way of giving back is by sharing with you what I’m learning by rendering the inspiration and encouragement you need to go and live your life at your own pace!
I appreciate you being here and taking the time to read through my work.
You are welcome to this my online home.
I am on social media too, and I will be glad to see you there.
However, I am not that “social,” and some I use more than others.
Here’s what you can find on each social site: on Facebook, I share interesting articles about writing, reading, and personal development; Instagram shows the picture, mostly with no captions; on Twitter, I’ll let you savor crispy nuggets of information; Pinterest houses visual motivation and inspiration in the form of quotes; and YouTube, well, I have not done much on it, but I would appreciate some love so I can have a custom channel URL.
You can also receive interesting information directly in your inbox by subscribing to Express Post, a monthly online magazine. I promise never to spam your email.
I hope you find the inspiration and encouragement you need to live your life at your own pace.
Please feel at home!
